As a FULL IATA certified agency, we benefit from an accreditation numeric code (n° IATA) that directly identifies us to airline companies. We have access to the same tools, all of their fares, and also possess exclusive contact information in order to reach them. In short, we are official representatives of all airline companies.

This licence allows us to directly issue, alter, or refund airline tickets without resorting to an outside agent.

Travel agencies without FULL IATA certification must contact the airline company, go through an agent, and then provide information before issuing a ticket. It is often necessary to wait several minutes, and when making changes it is necessary to restart the entire process.
